Refund Policy

A 25% administrative fee will be assessed for cancellations submitted five days prior to the event. The 15%VAT is non refundable at all once the fee is processed. Substitutions may be permitted; however, refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within three days of the event.

Refunds will not be issued to registrants who fail to attend the course without prior notification of cancellation or rescheduling

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Services Delivery Policy

A confirmation email will be sent to the Candidate within one to Seven business days, and a receipt will be issued upon payment confirmation.
